Corinne graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Aquatic Physiotherapy. With a strong belief in developing movement awareness to support everyday function, Corinne focuses on helping her clients build control, stability and confidence in movement.
As an accredited Polestar Pilates Practitioner, Corinne regularly attends symposiums and continuing education workshops to expand her clinical knowledge. She has completed a 200-hour accredited Yoga Teacher Training and an APPI Therapeutic Yoga course for health practitioners.
Corinne is qualified to teach the evidence-based GLA:D® (Good Life with Arthritis Denmark) education and exercise program, developed by researchers in Denmark for people experiencing hip or knee osteoarthritis symptoms.
She brings a personalised approach to each session, whether working with a client through rehabilitation, building strength and stability, improving movement for everyday life, or supporting a return to running and physical activity.
Outside of teaching Pilates at Core, Corinne enjoys long-distance running, strength training, spending time with her family, and immersing herself in an inspiring book or physical-performance podcast.
When she's not teaching Pilates at Core, Corinne is spending time with her family, running, or immersing herself in an inspiring book or podcast. She is also a loyal Melbourne Football Club supporter.
