Functional Physio (1:4)

These consultations are run by our qualified and experienced Physiotherapists who will tailor each session to each individuals’ needs. These are an excellent form of rehabilitation for any injury or condition. Functional Physio (1:4) treats you using a plethora of modalities including physio and pilates-informed exercises, wobble boards, free weights, Reformers, therabands, theratubes, weighted balls, and foam rollers.

These consultations are run by our qualified and experienced Physiotherapists who will tailor each session to each individuals’ needs. These are an excellent form of rehabilitation for any injury or condition. At Core, Clinical Pilates involves one of the experienced Pilates Instructors designing a personalised program that addresses your specific needs and goals. Our Clinical Pilates classes are taken by qualified Pilates Instructors and are capped at four people, so you have an expert guiding
you for your whole session.

As a result of recent changes to Private Health Insurance regulations, we are no longer offering these classes. Physio:8 classes are physio classes, run by qualified Physiotherapists. These classes utilise a mix of Physio exercises, Pilates inspired exercises, Reformer exercises, and plenty of other Physio + gym equipment. This is a dynamic class, full of continuous movement. The use of Reformer beds, therabands and weights are an excellent way of adding resistance to exercises, which means you get a full body program that focuses on getting the most out of the class for you.

Myotheraphy

These classes take into account the fine balance between ensuring you feel strong while also making sure that you don’t put pressure or strain on your body in a way that isn’t safe after pregnancy.

Post-natal Physio classes are taken by one of Core’s qualified and experienced Physiotherapists. These classes are a combination of Postnatal Pilates exercises, Physiotherapy guided exercises and use of Reformer beds and have been specifically designed to take into account the requirements of a woman’s body after birth. There are also many movements that assist with recovery after having a baby and to strengthen your body.
