Reformer Pilates Melbourne

Reformer Pilates at Core

Reformer Pilates classes are group classes using reformer beds. At Core, these classes were previously taught by qualified Physiotherapists. As a result of recent changes to Private Health Insurance regulations, we are no longer offering these classes.

For those looking for classes run by qualified Physiotherapists to work on posture, alignment, strength and rehabilitation, please take a look at the Physio:8 classes we are now offering. Physio:8 classes are claimable under Private Health Insurance for those with relevant cover. They are run by qualified Physiotherapists and utilise a mix of Physio exercises, Pilates inspired exercises, Reformer exercises, and use plenty of other Physio equipment. These are dynamic classes, full of continuous movement.

Physio:8 classes differ from standard Reformer Pilates Classes because the class structure and format is different, and individual assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan and ongoing re-assessment is required.
