An interactive, practical and fun workshop that is designed to educate and empower you AND your birth partner to:

- Be given skills to work through each stage of labour
- Be educated about post natal recovery and self care
Conducted by Core owner and physiotherapist Lee Ajzenmann accompanied by other Core Physio’s you will expect a very intimate, informative session where all levels of understanding are encouraged to join and learn with us to make your pre and post natal journey safer, easier and more comfortable.

Use that roller you have always had, or learn how to use one safely and effectively with us!
This 2 hour workshop guided by our physiotherapists is a practical and fun session that will not only act as a wonderful massage for the day but you will leave feeling empowered to use your roller more efficiently. You will learn new techniques and improve your old ones. We welcome people of all ages and levels of fitness to this workshop. You will receive a booklet with detailed guides to everything you practice with us!

Aimed at those suffering from hip and/or knee osteoarthritis, but all are welcome to attend for a FREE information and education session about osteoarthritis and the GLA:D program at Core.
Join Lee Ajzenman as well as our other GLA:D certified physiotherapists for an engaging and informative workshop over 2 afternoons. This workshop is designed to be an informative safe-space where all questions are welcome and everyone has something to gain.
You are welcome to attend 1 or both sessions, however if you are interested in participating in the GLA:D program at Core, you MUST attend BOTH sessions.
